About Medartis
Medartis specializes in medical technology and is a leading manufacturer of implants for the surgical fixation of bone fractures in the extremities and around the face. The company offers doctors innovative, high-quality, and user-friendly solutions for optimal patient outcomes. It works closely with leading surgeons from around the world and is continuously expanding their network. Medartis was founded in 1997 and today employs around 900 people at 13 locations, distributing their products in over 50 countries.
The headquarters, research, and development department as well as the production facility are located under one roof in Basel. In 2022, an additional development and production site was opened in Warsaw, Indiana (USA).
