You can look forward to exciting insights into three apprenticeship programmes: chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, chemical laboratory assistant and automation engineer. At the INRA Group in Pratteln, you’ll discover in a fun way just how varied the role of a plant and equipment engineer is. You’ll design on the computer using SolidWorks, learn about isometric drawings and technical plans, get an introduction to endoscopy using a specialised camera, and be introduced to various welding techniques.

At EBL, you’ll find out which professions ensure that energy and heat are generated and delivered safely and reliably to your home. Etavis Kriegel+Co. offers an insight into seven different careers, and you can take your first steps in electrical and building services engineering: build your own electrical switch with a lamp and use virtual reality to immerse yourself in a typical working day at Etavis.

Do you want to work with steel, aluminium and stainless steel, carry out welding and bring real projects to life using technical drawings? Wahl Glas- und Metallbau gives you a hands-on insight into what to expect during an apprenticeship as a metalworker. Right next door, Miru-Clean introduces you to the surprisingly diverse world of cleaning techniques.
Metzgerhuus Stadt und Land trains butchers. At the Industry Night, the team will take you on a guided tour to show you the meat processing workflow and explain what sets Metzgerhuus apart. At Gremper on the Lachmatt site, you can look forward to a sneak peek into careers in the printing industry, from polygraphers and media technologists to printing equipment technicians.
