About vinigma
Oenologist and winemaker Valentin Schiess and his team have based their winery, sales outlet, and office at the Dreispitz site in Basel. As an urban winery, vinigma processes red and white grapes from its own vineyards in the village of Aesch in Basel-Landschaft, the municipality of Jenins in the Grisons, and from additional purchases in Valais. The climatic differences between these regions and the individual ripening processes of the various vineyards and varieties enable vinigma to produce distinctive Swiss wines with a clear signature.
